Reporting Bug or Crashes

There are a few options for reporting bugs or crashes when using Mailbird:

  1. When the "Houston we have a problem!" window appears, provide details as best as you can to describe what you were doing when the app crashed.

  2. When the "Mailbird has stopped working" window appears, proceed to close the app then relaunch it. Send an email to support@getmailbird.com from Mailbird to provide details as best as you can to describe what you were doing when the app crashed

  3. You can also send a bug report from another email application like Gmail, Hotmail, etc. if needed. To do this, we need you to attach all the error log files by following this file path on your computer here: C:\Users\(UserName)\AppData\Local\Mailbird\, and also to provide details as best as you can to describe what you were doing when the app crashed.

**Note:**

Some of the directories mentioned above might be hidden by default.
