Check if your Pro account is active

To do this...

 

1) Go to the Mailbird menu in the top left of the main Mailbird window

2) Select Settings

3) Select About Mailbird tab

4) Check on when your license will expire

    Does MailBird contact a centralized server to validate its license on a regular basis?

    well, if that is the case.... why is mine not activated yet & I have put in a ticket?

    @cXs: It's probably because either there's a typo in the email that you registered, or there's an error in our database. Please create a ticket so our support cna help you solved the issue.

    @jakewc: I have checked our database and couldn't find Mailbid pro purchase under your gmail account. I already replied to the ticket that you've submitted, hope that you can get back to me soon so I can help you to solve this  :)

    I put in a ticket several days ago (#17563 on 3/6/2015 at 8:33a MDT) because the latest update to MailBird 2.0 Alpha (ver 1.10.4.0) removed my Pro lifetime license, and is now asking me for a license key, which I was never given. The old Lifetime Licensing went off your registered email address, not a license key. I now am being warned that my "trial version of Pro" will expire in 26 days (as of this posting).

    I still have not had any updates to my ticket. I am a little surprised I have not had any updates to my ticket after over three full days, yet I am seeing Twitter updates almost hourly from Mailbird about the crowd funding campaign.

    An update to my issue would be appreciated. Thank you.

    We will be launching a new licensing system in Mailbird 2.0 that will remove all of this confusion.

    Thank you for the reply. I didn't realize the time different you guys are in compared to us over in the USA. It was Friday morning my time when I put in the original ticket, so I didn't perceive that as the weekend for you guys.

    That said, I appreciate your update to my ticket, and to all of us here. Thank you very much, and we look forward to the official release of Mailbird 2.0!

    Wondering why even the new version, 2.0.6 doesn't show licence status...  I purchased Mailbird Pro Dec. 02, but still doesn't show my licence status...as Pro..  Are you still debugging the program for this?  The program shows comment saying 20 days remaining of your Pro trial....

    Hope you can resolve this ...soon..

    @Nam Gyn Koo: I have send an email with your license and an instruction on how to activate it.

    @Shane: Yes you can, Mailbird license can be used in as many devices as you want

    I have tried to add one of my accounts on my Nexus 7 to find it cant be added. You only have two choices. Thats not very good. You have multiple choices on the windows version. :(

    @jakewc2: I don't think you are using Mailbird since we do not support mobile yet, we only support windows desktop

    I installed Mailbird pro today.

    Where is the place to fill in my Serial key ?

    Options - About Mailbird - License <- nothing to see here...

    @VirtualAl,

    You should be able to click the license link. That will pop open a window to enter in your key.

    Well, you are in the right spot. Hopefully someone from Mailbird will be along to help. Not sure why the word 'License' is not clickable.

    I hope so.

    I 've tried reinstalling for several times, but nothing changed. It seems to be the Pro Version, but thats not for shure.
