With the release of the new Mailbird referral system, you can now enjoy Mailbird Business for as long as you want by inviting 4 of your friends.
This is how the referral system in Mailbird works:
- You need to send out the invitations.
- Your invitees need to accept the invitation and actually install Mailbird.
- Once Mailbbird is installed all they need to do is enter (paste) your code and they will count as your referral. Otherwise, unfortunately, it will not work. They can use Mailbird free for one month.
- IMPORTANT: There is a limit of one reward per email address for both referrer and referee.
This is how you can invite friends -
1) Click on the menu at the top left of the Mailbird app and select 'Invite friends - Get Mailbird Business Pay Once FREE'.

2) Type the name or email address of the friend you want to invite and press the invite button. You can also scroll down on the list that was generated by Mailbird and click invite. Finally, you can also check the "invite my main contact" checkbox. Note that when you do this you will invite all contacts in Mailbird.

3) Your friend will receive an invite and when he clicks on the link he will be taken to a page with your unique referral code

4. They will then need to install Mailbird and enter your unique code. To do this they need to click the Menu button at the top left and choose "input referral code"
5. Then they need to enter the referral code in the box that is provided and click on "add referral code"
6. As soon as 4 of your friends/family members have entered your unique code, you will receive an email with your free Mailbird Business Pay Once license key. Simply insert that in your Mailbird menu under settings -> About Mailbird -> License.
You can easily track your progress towards reaching your goal of four accepted invites in the “Sent ” and “Accepted” tab.

Hello, I found a bug in promotion to invite 5 friends... I invited 5 friends and 5 of them accepted, but I got only 3 points and not 5. My friends that accepted my invite can see my points and my invite list, so, one of them invited his friends and 5 accepted, and he won the pro life version, after this I can't see my points and I see my invites and his invites merged.
PS: My friends are my coworkers and we are in the same network. What can I do to win my pro version? Tks.

- they have to use the email you sent the invitation to as their first account when setting up Mailbird for the first time. Otherwise unfortunately it will not work.

Hi.
I have invited more than 30 persons, which all of them have installed from the invite. yet I didn't got these as "Accepted".
I see that this is a recurrent issue with mailbird.
I think , that is not nice to offer the free license , if is not true.
Also , I'm having too frequent crashes of the application. the feedback is sent , but after 2 month , still no fix for this. I don't see it usefull to pay for an application that don't have any support.

If you friends followed all the directions given in the article (please see above), then you should see their status as "Invitation accepted & Mailbird installed".
Could you please tell me your email so I can look up your invitations list in our database and figure out the problem? Or it'd be much faster if you submit a request to support@getmailbird.com
