To import your Thunderbird/Outlook/Windows Live Mail/Incredimail account, please follow the instructions in this article

If Mailbird cannot find your existing Thunderbird/Outlook/Windows Live Mail/Incredimail profile (“Nothing to import” error), please make sure that you do not move your account profile in Thunderbird/Outlook/Windows Live Mail from their default location

You can’t import from an account that is already added in Mailbird, you need to remove the account first then add it again.

You can’t import offline emails/folders to an IMAP account
