How do I import my account?

  • We currently only support Thunderbird, Outlook and Windows Live Mail import

  • To import your Thunderbird/Outlook/Windows Live Mail account, please follow the instructions in this article

  • If Mailbird cannot find your existing Thunderbird/Outlook/Windows Live Mail profile (“Nothing to import” error), please make sure that you do not move your account profile in Thunderbird/Outlook/Windows Live Mail from their default location

  • You can’t import from an account that is already added in Mailbird, you need to remove the account first then add it again.

  • You can’t import offline emails/folders to an IMAP account

  • If you have issues importing your account, please submit a ticket to our Support
