Moving Emails To Folders

In this brief article, we are going to provide you with information on the different ways in which you can move an email to a folder - specifically, we will cover three different ways in which you can move emails to a folder. 

However, please note that once you have moved an email to a folder, you will not receive new notifications for it. You will only receive notifications for an email (such as when someone replies) if it is located in your Inbox.

 

1. The easiest way is simply to drag and drop an email to a destination folder. However, please note that it is not possible to move emails to certain system folders, such as your Sent or Draft folders.

2. You can also select an email and then press the letter V on your keyboard: a list of folders will appear (such as in the screenshot below) and you can choose where to move the email to.

3. Lastly, you can right-click on an email which you want to move, and then select Move to... in order to select the destination, as illustrated below.
