It is possible to add or import your email account from Incredimail to Mailbird. Depending on the type of email protocol you have used in Incredimail, the process will look different.
How to identify the protocol used to access your email account in Incredimail?
Firstly, please identify the type of protocol used in Incredimail, if it is IMAP or POP3 account. Click on Tools -> Email Accounts and double click on the account you would like to check. In the newly opened window, go to Advanced tab and check Incoming Mail type and port used: 995 and 110 are the ports for POP3. All the rest are IMAP.

How to proceed if you have IMAP account in Incredimail?
IMAP protocol syncs your emails and folders that are not local storage folders with the email server, making it possible to manage your emails on any online device accessing your email account.
Once you add your account to Mailbird, it will grant you access to your emails immediately, no further action is required.
Below video shows how to add IMAP account to Mailbird:
Please note that your local folders and emails stored there will not be imported to Mailbird due to IMAP protocol limitations.
How to proceed if you have POP3 account in Incredimail?
POP3 protocol does not sync your messages with email server but downloads them to your computer and they are deleted from the server at once.* For this reason, you will have to export your emails to .eml or PST files before importing them to Mailbird.
In order to export your emails in Incredimail, you will have to manually save each email, one by one to .eml format (preferably stored in one folder) and then bulk-import them to your POP3 account in Mailbird. Below video shows how to perform this operation:
At this moment in time, there may be no free method or tool to bulk-export your emails from Incredimail. We cannot recommend using any of the tools available as we did not develop these applications and cannot ensure they are working correctly and are safe to your computers, data and privacy.
*The only exception here is if you have enabled "Leave a copy of messages on server", see the image below. In this instance, your POP3 account should download all emails kept on the server once you add it to Mailbird.
