Hello,
It is possible to add or import your email account from Incredimail to Mailbird. Depending on the type of email protocol you have used in Incredimail, the steps will look different.
How to identify the protocol used to access your account in Incredimail?
Firstly, please identify the type of protocol used in Incredimail, if it is IMAP or POP3 account. Click on Tools -> Email Accounts and double click on the account you would like to check. In the newly opened window, go to Advanced tab and check Incoming Mail type and port used: 995 and 110 are the ports for POP3. All the rest are IMAP.

What to do if you have IMAP account in Incredimail?
IMAP protocol syncs your emails and folders that are not local storage folders with the email server, making it possible to manage your emails on any online device accessing your email account.
Once you add your account to Mailbird, it will grant you access to your emails immediately, no further action is required.
Below video shows how to add IMAP account to Mailbird:
Please note that your local folders and emails stored there will not be imported to Mailbird due to IMAP protocol limitations.
What to do if you have POP3 account in Incredimail?
POP3 protocol does not sync your messages with email server but downloads them to your computer and they are deleted from the server at once.*
Please follow steps from this article to import your POP3 account from Incredimail.
*The only exception here is if you have enabled "Leave a copy of messages on server", see the image below. In this instance, your POP3 account should download all emails kept on the server once you add it to Mailbird.
