Respectful Communication: Treat all members with respect. Harassment, abusive or aggressive language, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
Relevant Content: Keep discussions relevant to Mailbird, its features, email management, productivity tools, and related topics. Off-topic posts may be removed.
No Spam: Do not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content. This includes unsolicited messages, links to unrelated products or services, and repetitive posts.
Privacy: Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information (yours or others’) without consent. This includes email addresses, phone numbers, and private messages.
Legal Compliance: Do not engage in or encourage illegal activities, including but not limited to piracy, hacking, or distribution of copyrighted material without permission.

3. Content Submission By submitting content to the forum, you grant Mailbird a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content in connection with the forum.

4. Moderation

Moderators: Mailbird reserves the right to appoint moderators to oversee the forum. Moderators can edit, move, disapprove or delete posts that violate this agreement.
Warnings and Bans: Users who violate forum rules may receive warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans depending on the severity and frequency of the violations.

5. Reporting Violations If you encounter content that violates this User Agreement, please report it to the moderators using the forum’s reporting features.

6. Liability Mailbird is not responsible for the content posted by users. Views expressed in the forum are those of the individual contributors and do not necessarily reflect the views of Mailbird.

7. Changes to the Agreement Mailbird reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted in the forum, and continued use of the forum constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

.8. Termination Mailbird reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the forum for any user who violates this User Agreement or engages in behavior detrimental to the community.
