🔄 How to Manage or Cancel Your Mailbird Subscription
💳 Managing Your Mailbird Subscription and Payment Details
If you’d like to manage your Mailbird subscription, update your payment method, or review your license information, this guide will walk you through each step.
There are two different ways which allow you to take any one of the actions listed above. If the first method doesn’t work for you, simply try the second one below.
🪄 Method 1 – Update via the FastSpring Account Portal

Click the following link to open our secure payment provider’s portal:
👉 https://mailbird.onfastspring.com/account -
Enter your email address to receive a one-time access link.

In the email you receive shortly after, click “Click here to manage your orders.” (as shown below).

You’ll be redirected to your orders dashboard, where you can easily edit your payment method or update other subscription details.
If this method does not work for you, then you can try this alternative method:
🪄 Method 2 – Using a custom URL

📧 Locate Your Subscription Link

Find the confirmation emails you received after your purchase.

Search for a URL which looks like the one listed below:
https://sites.fastspring.com/mailbird/order/s/XXXXXXXX -
If you can’t find the email, you can copy and paste the sample link above into your browser without the
XXXXXXXXpart.- After you paste the link into your browser, do not press Enter yet.

🔎 Retrieve Your Order ID

Find your order ID which should be included in the confirmation emails.

The subscription ID will begin with MAI (for example: MAI123456789) as shown below.

✏️ Edit the URL

Replace the
XXXXXXXXpart in the URL with your subscription ID (which begins with MAI). -
Your URL should now look like the one in the image below.

🌐 Access Subscription Settings

Once you've edited your URL, hit Enter.

You’ll be taken to a FastSpring page where you can:

Manage your subscription

Cancel your subscription

Update your payment method
