If you would like to cancel your Mailbird subscription (also in case you got charged for subscription renewal), or manage your subscription and license details, or change the credit card or debit card used for your subscription, please read further as we will explain how you can do this very easily in this article.
In one of the emails sent to you as part of your purchase confirmation, you should be able to find a link which looks like the one below:

If you can't find the link, don't worry - you can just copy/paste the one above.
Next, you will need to retrieve your order ID, which will look like the one in the screenshot below - all subscription numbers begin with the letters MAI:
Then, simply replace the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX contained in the URL at the top of this article with your subscription number, so that it looks like the example listed in the image below:
Once you have added your subscription number to the URL, go ahead and press Enter - on the next page, you will be able to manage or cancel any subscriptions you have with Mailbird via Fastspring, which is our payment gateway.
