📘 Overview of MyMailbird
MyMailbird is Mailbird's customer portal, where a centralized dashboard allows our customers to manage their licenses, review subscription details, and explore upgrade options.
It provides a clear and organized view of both current and past purchases, making it easy to stay in control of your Mailbird account.
🔐 Accessing MyMailbird with a Magic Link
To access the MyMailbird, head to our website, and click on Resources and MyMailbird, as shown below.
On the next page, you will need to enter the email address provided when you originally purchased Mailbird. Once you have entered it, you will receive a magic link via email to securely log in.
A magic link is a secure, password-free login method. Simply click the link contained in the email to be automatically signed into your account.
If you don't receive the email in your inbox, you may need to check your Spam or Junk folders in case it landed there.
⚠️ Note: If you provide a different email address to the one used to purchase your Mailbird license, you will not be able to log in.
🧾 Overview Section
Once logged into MyMailbird, you will reach the Overview page, where you can review general information regarding any Mailbird licenses associated with your email address. This includes:
- A list of active and inactive licenses
- The number of devices each license allows Mailbird to be installed on
- A link to your personalized upgrade options
- Which version of Mailbird each license is compatible with
- Your renewal dates (when applicable)
This comprehensive overview helps you track your license history in one place.
🔑 Licenses Section
The Licenses section provides additional key details and tools to help efficiently manage your Mailbird licenses:
- Click on the icon next to your license key in order to copy it. You can then use it to activate Mailbird.
- What products each license can be used with (e.g. Mailbird 2.x, Mailbird 3.x, Mailbird for Mac, etc.).
- The purchase date for each license.
📦 Your Orders Section
In this section, you’ll find a detailed breakdown of each purchase. For every order, you can view the unique Order Reference number, the exact date and time the order was placed, and the total amount charged.
This makes it easy to track your purchase history and reference specific transactions when needed.
