Right now, you can only import your Outlook storage folders if you have a POP3 email account. Therefore, it is not currently possible if your email account is an IMAP email account, but there's currently no limit on the file size that can be imported.
To import your folders from Outlook to Mailbird, please follow the steps below:
- Open the Mailbird menu in the top lefthand corner (i.e. the three horizontal lines).
- Click on Settings.
- Navigate to the Accounts tab.
- Here, double-click on your POP3 email account.
- Next, select Import Messages.
- Finally, choose From external source > PST file.
You will then be able to locate the folder containing your .PST file(s) and proceed with the import.
As a tip, there might already be a folder containing all of these files in your old email client directory in your hard-drive, so it might be worth checking there first of all.
