If the emails which you are sending keep arriving in your recipients' Spam or Junk folders, this will be caused by one or more settings inside your recipient's email server. It will be up to them to set up their inbox in a way which will stop this from happening.
When you send an email from Mailbird, here's what happens:
- Mailbird tells your email provider to send an email.
- Your email server receives the request.
- Your email provider sends the email to the recipient's email server.
Whatever takes place after Mailbird has connected to your email server in order to send an email, is completely beyond our control unfortunately.
If your emails are landing in your recipients' Spam or Junk folders, the best thing to do is to ask your recipients to examine their email settings, and to whitelist your email address. This should stop this unwanted behavior from presenting itself again.
