πŸ’¬ Does Mailbird include an Out of Office feature?

Mailbird does not currently include a built-in Out of Office feature or AutoResponder.

This means that Mailbird cannot automatically send a reply to people who email you while you are away, unavailable, or on vacation.

🧭 What can I use instead?

In most cases, automatic replies are best set up directly through your email provider. This is because the automatic reply is sent by the mail server, rather than by the email app on your computer.

If your email provider supports automatic replies, you may be able to turn them on from your provider's webmail or account settings. For example, providers such as Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, and many business email hosts usually offer vacation responder or automatic reply settings in their own webmail/admin portals.

We know that an Out of Office / AutoResponder option has been requested by a number of Mailbird customers, and we appreciate everyone who has shared feedback about it.
