Unfortunately it is not possible to whitelist email addresses directly from Mailbird.
Mailbird does not have a native feature which allows you to whitelist an email address - instead, it relies on your email provider's whitelisting capabilities.
If you wish to whitelist an email address, you will need to log into your email account via your internet browser, and whitelist the email address from your webmail. Mailbird will subsequently also whitelist the email address.
