If you want to quickly compose an email in Mailbird from anywhere, just use the handy quick compose shortcut. Hit Ctrl + Alt + Space from anywhere on your computer, and Mailbird compose window will be brought up to the front.
Note - you can also change what keyboard keys combination would trigger this shortcut by customizing it as follows:
- Select 'Settings' from the drop down menu present in the top left corner of Mailbird window.
- Click on 'Composing' tab and change the shortcut as shown below.
