πΎ Step 1: Locate the Mailbird Folder on Your Current PC

Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type run, then press Enter.

Alternatively, press Windows + R to open the Run window.

In the Run window, type appdata and click OK.

In the File Explorer window that opens, navigate to the Local folder.

Locate the Mailbird folder.
π Step 2: Copy the Mailbird Folder

Make a copy of the Mailbird folder and save it to a safe location (e.g. a USB stick or external hard drive).

Ensure that Mailbird is completely closed before copying:

Open Task Manager by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + ESC.
