💾 Step 1: Locate the Mailbird Folder on Your Current PC

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type run, then press Enter.

   • Alternatively, press Windows + R to open the Run window.

2. In the Run window, type appdata and click OK.

3. In the File Explorer window that opens, navigate to the Local folder.

4. Locate the Mailbird folder.

📁 Step 2: Copy the Mailbird Folder

1. Make a copy of the Mailbird folder and save it to a safe location (e.g. a USB stick or external hard drive).

2. Ensure that Mailbird is completely closed before copying:

   • Open Task Manager by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + ESC.
