If you change your mind about Mailbird for any reason within 14 days of your purchase, you are eligible to request a full refund—no questions asked.

If you’re considering a refund because something isn’t working as expected, we strongly recommend first reaching out to our Support Team. Many issues can often be resolved quickly with the help of our experienced team, ensuring you get the best possible experience with Mailbird.

If you're eligible for a refund, you must now submit your refund request directly through the MyMailbird customer portal. 

⚠️Important

To access your orders, make sure you sign in using the same email address that was originally used to purchase Mailbird.

If you're unsure which email address was used for your order, or if you're unable to access the portal, please contact our support team for assistance.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Sign in to the MyMailbird customer portal.
  2. Navigate to the Orders tab.
  3. Locate the order you would like to refund.
  4. Click Request Refund next to the applicable order.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.
