The latest version of Mailbird is no longer compatible with older versions of Windows (such as Windows 7 and Windows 8), and if you would like to find out more about why this is the case, you may refer to this other article called What versions of Windows are supported by Mailbird? where we go into detail regarding the reasons behind this.
Installer files
If you previously purchased Mailbird and are no longer updating it in order to continue using it on Windows 7 or Windows 8, you may require an installer file at some point in the future in order to install it (or reinstall it) on your device(s), since the latest version of our product will not work on older Windows operating systems.
Below you will find two installer files: download whichever of the two version of Mailbird you require, but remember that your license is associated with either one of these two versions, not both.
- Mailbird 3.0: https://goto.getmailbird.com/mb3w7
- Mailbird 2.x: https://goto.getmailbird.com/mb2w7
If you're not sure which version of Mailbird is included in your license, simply reach out to a member of our team who will be able provide you with this information.
