Mailbird has a feature called 'Send + Archive': this results in an email being archived after you have replied to it. This can cause you to believe that it has somehow disappeared from your inbox.
To deactivate this feature, simply follow the steps listed below:
- Click on the Mailbird Menu in the top left corner (i.e. the three horizontal lines).
- Now click on Settings.
- Then click on the Composing tab.
- Uncheck the option called 'Show Send & Archive button'.
