• Locate an email from the contact in your inbox.

• Hover your mouse over their profile picture.

  • You’ll notice the profile picture icon changes to a magnifying glass—this is normal.

• Click the profile picture.

• A list of all emails exchanged with that contact will appear instantly.

That’s it! You now have quick access to the entire conversation history you’ve shared with them.
