In this article, we will explain how to move email messages between your email accounts in Mailbird. This is extremely simple to do, and in fact you have two different approaches which you can take depending how you prefer to move emails:
- Drag & Drop
- Using the Context menu
Drag & Drop
Below is an animation which shows you the simple process of moving an email from one inbox to another - in this example, you will see an email being moved from a Gmail inbox over to a Yahoo inbox via the 'drag & drop' method.
Using the Context Menu
Below is an image which illustrates the process of moving an email from one inbox into another one, but we will also provide you with a step-by-step guide on what to do.
- First, right-click on the email you wish to move.
- Once the Context menu appears, select Move to... from the list of options.
- From the dropdown menu which appears, select the destination inbox for this email.
That's it! Keep in mind that you can also move multiple emails at one by selecting more than one email - if you would like to find out more about how multi-select works in Mailbird, simply click here
