🛠️ What Can You Do with Multi-Select?
Here are some of the actions you can take on multiple emails simultaneously:

Archive multiple emails

Delete multiple emails

Apply labels to multiple emails

Star multiple emails

Mark multiple emails as Important

Move emails to a folder
-
Mark emails as Spam
-
Mark emails as Read or Unread
⚠️ Note: Multi-select does not work for replying to or forwarding multiple emails.
⌨️ How to Use Multi-Select in Mailbird
There are three simple ways to select multiple emails:

Ctrl + Left Click: Select specific emails one by one.

Shift + Left Click: Select a range of consecutive emails.

Ctrl + A: Select all emails in the current list.
Once your emails are selected, you can either:

Right-click on any selected email to bring up the action menu.
