Mailbird offers a powerful Outlook Calendar integration that allows you to access and manage your calendar directly inside the Mailbird app—so no need to switch to a web browser.
This integration works with:

Microsoft Outlook accounts

Microsoft Hotmail accounts

Third-party Exchange providers that support Outlook as their web interface (e.g., GoDaddy’s Exchange service)
👉 Please note: The Outlook Calendar app is not available in the Free version of Mailbird. For details on which integrations are included in each plan, see What apps are available in each Mailbird plan.
🛠️ How to Enable the Outlook Calendar App
Follow these steps to set up Outlook Calendar inside Mailbird:
- Click on the Apps icon in the bottom-left corner of Mailbird (the grid of nine dots).

In the app menu, type Outlook Calendar into the search bar.

Apply a checkmark next to Outlook Calendar in the results list to activate it.
Once enabled, you’ll notice a new Outlook Calendar icon appear in Mailbird’s left-hand sidebar.
🔑 Signing into Your Microsoft Account

Click on the Outlook Calendar icon in the sidebar.

A Welcome screen will appear—enter your Microsoft account credentials to sign in.

After logging in, you’re ready to go!
