In this article, we will take you through the process of setting up our powerful integration for Microsoft Outlook's calendar. This integration can also be used by anyone who has a Microsoft Hotmail account, since both email products are part of the Microsoft family. In fact, our Outlook Calendar app works with both Hotmail/Outlook as well as third party Exchange providers which support Outlook (and use it as their web interface) such as GoDaddy's Exchange support.

Our integration allows our customers to seamlessly access their calendar directly from Mailbird, without the need to move away from our app in order to log into their calendar via web-browser, but keep in mind that it is not available in the Free version of Mailbird. If you want to find out which integrations are included in each plan, you can take a look at our other article called What apps are available in each Mailbird plan.

In just a few simple steps, you'll be able to start using our Outlook Calendar app - keep reading to find out how:

• First, click on the Apps icon located in the bottom left-hand corner of Mailbird (as shown below).

• Then, in the app menu which appears, simply type in Outlook Calendar in the search bar (as shown below), and then make sure that you apply a checkmark next the Outlook Calendar app which will appear in the list of results.

• Once the app has been activated in Mailbird, you will see a new icon appear down the left-hand sidebar: this is the Outlook Calendar app icon (as shown below).

• Now, click on Outlook Calendar icon to begin setting it up. After you have clicked on the icon, you should see a 'Welcome' page (as shown below) where you can go ahead and sign into your Microsoft account by providing your credentials.
• Once you have signed in, you're ready to go! Try creating an event in your Outlook calendar to make sure that everything works as expected.
