📬 Introducing the Mailbird Contacts App
Mailbird’s powerful Contacts App supports both Google and Microsoft email accounts, allowing you to seamlessly sync your contacts from either provider. In this article, we’ll give you a quick tour of the app’s layout and point you to other helpful resources to explore the Contacts App to its full potential.
đź§ Overview of the Contacts App Layout
The Contacts App can be divided into three main areas, as shown in the image above:
Groups and Accounts Column (Left)
This is the first column on the left, highlighted in green. Here, you can:
- View all the email accounts which you've connected to the Contacts App.
- Manage Contact Groups which you’ve created.
Contact List Column (Middle)
The middle column (highlighted in blue) allows you to:
- View a list of contacts for whichever email account is selected.
- Add more contacts to your list of contacts (via the icon to the left of the gear icon).
- Access the Contacts Account Setup menu at the top (via the gear icon).
Contact Details Column (Right)
The area on the right (in the red rectangle) displays all the details for the contact which you have currently selected in the middle column. This includes:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Any other information you've included
