Need to move an email from one account to another in Mailbird? You’re in luck, as it’s quick, easy, and you have two convenient options to choose from:

• Drag & Drop

• Context Menu (Right-Click Option)

🖱️ Method 1: Drag & Drop

This is the fastest and most intuitive way to move a message from one inbox to another.

Below is an animation demonstrating how to drag an email from a Gmail inbox into a Yahoo inbox:

Simply click and hold the email, then drag it over to the destination account's inbox or folder.

📂 Method 2: Using the Context Menu

Prefer a more structured method? Here's how to move emails using the context (right-click) menu:

1. Right-click on the email you want to move.

2. From the menu that appears, click Move to...

3. A dropdown menu will appear where you must select the destination inbox or folder.

4. Done!
