If you are unable to delete emails in Mailbird, and they seem to continuously reappear inside of your inbox after you have deleted them, we would like to ask you to follow these steps which normally resolve this anomalous behaviour:
- Please access your inbox by using your regular webmail (e.g. via www.gmail.com, hotmail.com, etc.)
- Go to your Trash folder in your webmail
- Check whether or not you have any deleted folders which you have previously moved to Trash
- If there are deleted folders present in your Trash, please delete them permanently from there
