In this article we will explain how you can easily change your avatar in Mailbird - fortunately, this can be done in just a few simply steps which we have listed below:

• Open the Mailbird menu in the top lefthand corner (i.e. the three horizontal lines).
• Click on Settings.
• Navigate to the General tab.
• Click on the email account for which you would like to change the profile picture.
• Click on Edit.
• A new window pops up where you can choose .

If you specifically want to use the avatar or profile picture associated with that email account, select the last icon option that shows your account avatar.

To change your personal avatar, you will need to create an avatar on gravatar.com for your specific email account. Once you have created an avatar on gravatar.com, it will sync with your email account in Mailbird and it will appear under the icons options as seen above.

You can also update your Avatar in Mailbird's Contacts app - if your Gmail account is connected to Mailbird's Contacts app, the Avatar will be pulled in from Google.
