Follow these steps inside the Mailbird app:

Open the Mailbird Menu by clicking the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.

Locate the option called βGroup unread conversations at the top.β

Check (or uncheck) the box depending on your preference.
Once enabled, all your unread messages will automatically appear at the very top of the message list pane, ensuring you never lose sight of what still requires a response.
