In the main Mailbird window there is a Help button in the top right.
You can also access this support resource by clicking the Mailbird menu in the top left of the main window, and selecting Mailbird support.
Either way, when clicking either of them a new Mailbird window opens up with a search field to find the answer to any question you have about Mailbird. You can even submit a request if you cannot find the information you need in our Knowledge Base by clicking the "Submit request" button on the bottom right of the Help window.
