Mailbird provides a useful color indicator which can be used to help you easily identify which email account has received a specific email as part of the Unified Inbox feature that we offer.

Below, we will take you through the process of setting your own color indicators for your emails.

• Open the Mailbird menu in the top lefthand corner (i.e. the three horizontal lines).
• Click on Settings.
• Navigate to the Accounts tab.
• Here, click on the color indicator (as shown below) to pick a color of your choosing.

That's it! Now, every email which appears in your Unified Inbox will be color-coded in line with your previous choices. This means that you can quickly identify which one of your email accounts received each of the emails displayed within it. Below you will notice that certain senders are circled in green, while others in red.
